Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Children's Martial Arts Clubs in Tianjin: Taking the Longwu Road Club as an Example
Abstract
In the era of quality education, parents outside the school curriculum focus on their children's martial arts speciality training. This study takes Tianjin Longwudao Wushu Club as the research object to provide ideas on the operation of wushu clubs. The study uses literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to carry out the research. Conclusion: The managers of Longwudao Wushu Club are middle-aged and the coaches are young; they generally have bachelor's degree, the team is highly educated, experienced in teaching, solid in basic teaching ability, but lack the ability to flexibly use teaching methods and means. Students' satisfaction with the professionalism of the instructors and the content and means of teaching is high, but their satisfaction with the sense of service and the arrangement of courses is not high. The opening hours of Long Wu Dao Martial Arts Club are concentrated on weekends, with little mid-week training. Suggestions: Strengthen the training of instructors' teaching ability to better accumulate teaching experience;Strengthen its own evaluation and improve the club's mechanism; Increase the number of mid-week training courses, which can be added to the middle-aged and old-aged people's martial arts training.
