• Manuscript submission and peer review processing
• Editorial communication and publication workflows
• Institutional reporting and statistical analysis
• Legal compliance (plagiarism screening, copyright verification)

 

Data Protection

• All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers with access limited to authorized journal staff
• Financial information (APC payments) is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; we do not store credit card details

 

Third-Party Sharing

• Contact information of published authors is displayed with articles to facilitate academic correspondence
• Non-personally identifiable metadata may be shared with:
• Abstracting/indexing services (Crossref, DOAJ)
• Library catalogs and discovery systems

• Full confidentiality is maintained for unpublished submissions and reviewer identities

Retention Period

• Submitted but unpublished manuscripts: Deleted after 24 months
• Published articles and associated metadata: Preserved indefinitely
• Reviewer records: Anonymized after 3 years
