This column focuses on cutting-edge issues in intellectual property law, entertainment law, and the legal governance of traditional culture, exploring the adaptability and evolution of legal systems in the context of globalization and digital transformation. It also examines the practical applications of legal frameworks in industrial innovation, cultural protection, and social governance.
